This is a documentary workshop, open to students from all Belgian
film-and media schools. International directors and producers
will be present during the session, ready to share their expertise.
Tue Steen Muller
(independent consultant) and Claas Danielsen
(director Dok Leipzig) will moderate the session.

This workshop is to offer young filmmakers a unique opportunity to
get to know the surprisingly broad diversity of the documentary genre.
International directors and producers will show excerpts from their
films and share their expertise with the students: the kind of difficulties
they were confronted with, the evolution of their idea into the final
result… The whole process from pre- to post-production, and sometimes
even distribution, will be dealt with. The students can exchange ideas
with the filmmakers…. A unique opportunity to get an insider's
point of view on the professional reality!
The directors that have already confirmed are: Anders
Ostergaard (Denmark), Paolo Palla
(Italy), Angelo Loy (Italy) and Lazhari
Abdeddaim (Belgium)…
The complete list will be published soon on this page...
