Michalis Lykoudis, is currently TV Programme Coordinator for the Hellenic Broadcasting Corporation ERT S.A. He is a PhD nominee on Political Communication of the University of Athens and participates in the research program "Development of Modern methodology for the Academic Learning of Literature, in frame of distance education", (program Pythagoras), of the Hellenic Open University.

He has directed 2 short films, 29 documentaries, 13 educational programmes for television, 10 informative television broadcasts and a significant number of music videos and commercials.

His academic career includes studies in Economics at the Economic University of Athens, Political Communication at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and Film Directing at the London International Film School and at the American Film Institute. He also holds a Postgraduate Diploma on Open and Distance Learning.

He is the author of published scientific articles on the subject of audiovisual communication, and of educational material with corresponding content for the Hellenic Open University.
